ABOUT JAV Designs

I'm an an artist and potter by nature but after getting cancer I found I had to change directions based on my ability to upper body strength and sitting or standing for very long in any one position, I am retired and raising a young granddaughter so this is what I do to allow her to do the things she loves. I stay booked up for a couple weeks at a time and that's pretty much all the time since I've started making these. This is good for me because most of these are repeat customers that keep coming back because they love my work. Unfortunately it also means it can be a few weeks for you to get your cups but I promise they are worth the wait.

I know there are many other places that can make your cups much quicker and I promise you that my feelings will not be hurt if you need to order from anyone else. but I am only one person and I have to make sure I am not continuing to hurt myself just to make orders.

Thank you for your understanding!

The process to make your cup after a design is agreed upon takes 5 days for each single tumbler cup to complete. This does not include the time it takes me to design and create your personal graphics but I try to have those ready before I begin your actual tumbler. It takes one day to apply each of the 3 layers of epoxy to your cup and some designs require an extra layer and that means an extra day and then 72 more hours to completely cure. I run 3 turners at once.

Changes to my business hours for  2019

Effective Jan 1st, 2019 - I am only taking orders that I can make while my granddaughter is in school My hours are Monday - Friday 7am-4pm I will be happy to discuss your details with you during those hours but I must ask that we don't use my family time for work. I've worked my entire life and I must set these boundaries for the remainder. I'm sure when you clock out from work the last thing you want to do is talk shop while you're trying to get caught up with family so I'm only asking for the same considerations...thanks again :)
